Environmental Protection Policy

As a manufacturer of cardboard packaging and a waste recipient, ECO FIX is committed to strengthening its image as a trustworthy and responsible member of the local community. This commitment is demonstrated through a high level of social responsibility, ethical practices, the promotion of workplace safety, and the support of employee and family development.

ECO FIX pledges to comply with applicable laws, regulations, corporate policies, including environmental protection standards, and is fully committed to creating safe and hygienic working conditions for all employees while prioritizing environmental protection.

Commitments and Objectives

ECO FIX systematically incorporates plans for improving working conditions and reducing the environmental impact of its production activities into its Business Plan. The company strives to:

• Be prepared to invest the necessary resources to protect the natural environment.

• Minimize waste and emissions and prevent their generation at the source by continuously seeking to reduce production waste and promoting reuse and recycling wherever possible.

• Reduce energy and water consumption.

• Collaborate with suppliers to minimize the environmental impact of produced goods, ensuring the safety of both ECO FIX employees and the environment.

• Raise awareness and train employees in best practices for environmental protection.

These environmental goals can be achieved through active efforts, high awareness, and the cooperation of all employees. Every individual is responsible for performing their duties with full environmental accountability.

Employee Responsibilities

It is the fundamental duty of every ECO FIX employee to understand, adhere to, and diligently implement the company’s environmental policy. Employees are encouraged—and required—to actively enhance their awareness of environmental protection by reporting any deviations from safety standards or hazardous conditions for workers or the environment to their supervisors.
